There are some great emulators in the market to use these roms with and a lot of them are free. Ex. Snes9x Ex, snesoid, gameboid, and FPse. Similar to RomFetcher, Rom Gripper, Rom Buddy, and RomGet.

Many of the roms are in .zip or .rar files and you will need to unpack them. You can do this easily with a really good file manager called androzip. It's free in the market.
